Sauteed Mushrooms over Crusty Bread

This is a recipe I created

2 packages buttom mushrooms or baby bellas, sliced
2-3 T butter
1/2 C Beef broth
1/2 (or more) of dry red wine
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
A good crusty bread (sourdough is my fave)

Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat. After butter has melted add sliced mushrooms and sautee until well browned( I like mine sort of crispy). When mushrooms are browned add beef broth and wine and allow liquid to reduce-salt and pepper to taste

Serve over warm crusty bread and a enjoy a glass of red wine
