Last week Jake and I started our super food diet. I cannot believe how much of a difference it's making in my life; I already can tell that it's making a difference. I have more energy, my skin is glowing, I'm not constantly tired, and my system seems to be cleaning its self out. Some of my favorite super foods and staples in our current diet:
Blueberries
Spinach
Tomatoes
Almonds
Yogurt
Peppers
Cottage Cheese
Edamame
Oranges
Avocadoes
Barley
Oats
Carrots
Green Onions
Garlic
Brocoli
The diet is really quite simple: LOTS OF FRUITS, VEGGIES, and WHOLE GRAINS. I was scared that it might be difficult and expensive to maintain the diet, but I was wrong.
From this point on, when I post a recipe or talk about a meal I will be listing all of the super foods in that meal. There will be a tab on the left hand side of my blog in which you can click to check out super food recipes and ideas. This will help me track my diet and will help my readers develop their own super foods diet. I will also be offering tricks and tips for making your diet budget friendly and tasty.

ReplyDeleteSo acai berry juice has become the hottest superfood juice in town. You can't really blame it when it can reduce weight, cure cancer, heal diabetes and protect skin, all at the same time, can you?
